At LensShift AI™, we stand behind the quality and value of our programs. We want every client to feel confident in their investment. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested and processed for programs offered by McCain & Associates LLC.
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all LensShift AI™ programs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, your request must be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction date as recorded by Stripe. Refund requests submitted after this window will not be honored except in extraordinary circumstances at our sole discretion.

We will respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your program access pending resolution. We are committed to resolving all disputes quickly and fairly — please give us the opportunity to make it right before escalating to your financial institution.
